Every one of you

Jesus gave Peter the keys to the kingdom
of heaven. Matt 16:19. He was to open the door of salvation to the Jews and the
Gentiles.
Peter preached to the Jews on the day of Pentecost. Acts 2:38 — He told them to
“repent, and be baptized everyone of you in the Name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, and ye shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost.”

Vs. 39 — “The promise is unto you and to your children, and to all that are afar off, even as many as the lord our God shall call.” This includes us today — two thousand years later. Have you obeyed the command given by Peter in Acts 2:38?

No Exceptions

Throughout the book of Acts, there were no exceptions made in God’s plan of salvation.
All converts were baptized in the name of Jesus Christ, and all that received the Holy Ghost spoke in other tongues.

Repent or Perish

To be saved, you must believe in Jesus Christ with all your heart. Next, you must have a deep sorrow for your sins and repent, asking God to forgive you, and He will.
Luke 13:3 — Jesus said, “Except ye repent, ye shall all likewise perish.” (No exceptions). Many churches will not ask you to repent. They only tell you to believe on the Lord Jesus and you are immediately saved.

No Other Name

Col. 3:17 — Paul wrote, “Whatever you do in word or deed, do it all in the name of the Lord Jesus.” Water Baptism is both word and deed.
Acts 4:12 — There is none other name under heaven given among men whereby ye must be saved” — the name of Jesus.

Apollos was the only one in the book of Acts who baptized wrong. He knew only the baptism of John the Baptist. He baptized the Ephesians.

Ephesians ReBaptized

Paul came to Ephesus where Apollos had been. Knowing there was only one water baptism in God’s plan of salvation, he rebaptized them in the name of the Lord Jesus. When he laid his hands on them, they received the Holy Ghost and spake in tongues. Acts 19:3-7
The modern church refuses to baptize in the name of the Lord Jesus. They use the Catholic interpretation of Matt. 28:19, using the words “Father, Son, and the Holy Ghost” instead of the name of the Father, Son, and Holy Ghost.

Who is the Son?

Isa.9:6 — Tells us who the Son really is: the Counselor (Comforter), the Mighty God and the Everlasting Father.
John 10:30 — Jesus said, “I and my Father are one.” Knowing who the Father, Son and Holy Ghost was, the Apostles baptized only in the name of Jesus Christ.

Remember, there is only one name under heaven whereby you must be saved. Acts 4:12

3000 Gladly Baptized

Acts 2:41 — After peter preached that they must repent and be baptized every one of them in the name of Jesus Christ, “they that gladly received the word were baptized; and the same day there were added unto them about three thousand souls.” Hundreds of thousands are being baptized in Jesus’ name throughout the world each year.
A missionary from West Africa called me for permission to print my tracts in their language. He said the people there were madly in love with my doctrinal tracts. I gladly gave him permission.

Samaria

There was very little fellowship between the Jews and the Samarians. Apostolic preaching broke down the barrier that had existed forever. Thousands of Jews were being baptized in Jesus’ name. Read John 4:9
Acts 8:12-17 — Philip, a Jewish Christian,
went to Samaria and preached the kingdom
of God and the name of Jesus Christ. They were baptized, both men and women, in the name of the Lord Jesus.

Verses 14:17 — Peter and John went down
and laid hands on them and they received
the Holy Ghost.

Gentiles

Acts, the 10th Chapter — There was a devout man in Caesarea called Cornelius. He was a man of prayer and loved God with all his house. This doesn’t mean he was saved. In a vision, an angel told him to send for Peter and he would tell him what he ought to do.
Acts 11:14 — “He shall tell thee words
whereby thou and all thy house shall be saved.” Why Peter? He had the keys to salvation!

Acts 10:44-48 — While Peter was preaching,
the Holy Ghost fell on them for they heard them speak in tongues and magnify God. Vs. 48 — “Peter commanded them to be baptized
in the name of the Lord Jesus. RSV (No exceptions). Surely this proves that water baptism in Jesus’ name is a must.

Every One

Acts 2:1-4 — On the day of Pentecost, “they were all filled with the Holy Ghost and began to speak with other tongues as the Spirit gave them utterance.”

Mary Spake

Acts 1:13-15 — This tells us that all the Apostles, the women and Mary (the mother of Jesus), and His brothers were all there. After the birth of Jesus, Mary was no longer a virgin. Matt. 1:23-25 — the angle told Joseph not to know Mary until Jesus was born.
Matt 12:46-50 — This tells us about Mary and her sons, the brothers of Jesus.

Apostles’ Doctrine

Acts 2:42 — The continued steadfastly in the Apostles’ Doctrine” (Gospel). Most modern churches refuse to preach Acts 2:38 and Acts 2:4. Many Pentecostal churches believe Acts 2:4, but reject water baptism in Jesus’ Name. Acts 2:38 The only Name whereby we must be saved. Acts 4:12

Danger; Do not be decieved
Gal. 1:8
“Though we or an angel from
heaven preach any other gospel than that
which we have preached unto you, let
him be accursed.”
I am not judging you;
God’s Word can and will judge
ALL of us.
