God is not just a comforter,

He is THE Comforter

I love that Jesus said He would not just be ‘a comforter’ but that

He Himself is The Comforter. Many think that ‘The Comforter’is some other Person

than Jesus, but Christ said: ‘I will not leave you comfortless I will come to you’ (Jn. 14:8).

This is a great consolation, that the God of Heaven is comfort.

When we need comforting strength, God does not send another,

He sends Himself because He is the Comforter.

If you are feeling down today, or in need of some encouragement

the God of ALL comfort can strengthen and keep you

(2 Corinthians 1:3-7).

Whether, it is a job loss, grieving the death of a loved one,

relationship breakdown or other circumstance that is weighing

on your mind today our God is able to deliver you.

And, there is no hug that can be greater than a hug from The Comforter.
